Throughout his career, Paul has developed strong expertise in aquaculture production systems, ecological monitoring, and the analysis of biological and physico-chemical parameters, combining scientific research with practical field experience to support sustainable marine resource management.
He previously served as a Biologist and Monitoring Officer in Southern Palawan, where he managed pearl oyster production from hatchery to grow-out, supervised large-scale aquaculture operations, and supported coral propagation and sea cucumber culture. With more than a decade of hands-on industry experience, Paul continues to strengthen his professional skills through training and capacity-building programs focused on aquaculture development and environmental monitoring for sustainable coastal resource management.
