Noeme Fabiosa is an aquaculturist from Mindanao, Philippines, specialising in fish diseases and aquatic health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries from Mindanao State University at Naawan and later pursued a Master’s degree in Fisheries (Aquaculture) at the University of the Philippines Visayas, where she is completing her thesis.

She began her career as a research assistant at the university’s research division and also served as a part-time lecturer, sharing her knowledge with students in the fisheries program. With a strong passion for science, education, and continuous learning, Noeme combines research experience with a dedication to teaching and professional development. Her interests in science, travel, and environmental awareness continue to shape her commitment to advancing aquaculture, marine research, and sustainable practices.
