She earned her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries from Mindanao State University at Naawan and later pursued a Master’s degree in Fisheries (Aquaculture) at the University of the Philippines Visayas, where she is completing her thesis.
She began her career as a research assistant at the university’s research division and also served as a part-time lecturer, sharing her knowledge with students in the fisheries program. With a strong passion for science, education, and continuous learning, Noeme combines research experience with a dedication to teaching and professional development. Her interests in science, travel, and environmental awareness continue to shape her commitment to advancing aquaculture, marine research, and sustainable practices.
