Maria Luz Felicidario is a marine biologist with a degree in Biology, majoring in Ecology, from Visayas State University. She brings expertise in environmental monitoring and water quality management, specialising in maintaining optimal conditions for pearl farming while promoting sustainable coastal and marine ecosystem practices.

Maria Luz Felicidario holds a degree in Biology, majoring in Ecology, from a leading global university in agriculture and allied fields ,Visayas State University. Prior to joining the Envirotech team, she built her professional career as a Marine Biologist in the pearl farming sector, where she played a key role in environmental monitoring and water quality management.

 

Her work involved conducting regular assessments of aquatic environments to ensure that conditions remained suitable for pearl oyster cultivation. Through field sampling, laboratory analysis, and data interpretation, she contributed to maintaining sustainable and productive marine farming operations. 

 

Her expertise focuses on measuring and analyzing physicochemical parameters such as temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and other indicators essential to marine ecosystem health. By closely monitoring these factors, she helps ensure optimal environmental conditions for pearl production while supporting the overall stability of coastal and marine habitats. Her background in ecology, combined with hands-on experience in marine aquaculture, has strengthened her commitment to promoting responsible environmental practices and effective water quality management.
