She also has experience in quality control, pollution control, and medical billing, and is passionate about marine conservation and community engagement.
Alelie Cadavez is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology from Central Mindanao University in the Philippines, with 18 years of experience in the aquaculture industry serving as a Senior Biologist and Pearl Farm Manager. Her work involves overseeing aquaculture operations, monitoring marine ecosystems, ensuring sustainable pearl farming practices, and managing farm production while maintaining environmental compliance. She has strong expertise in marine resource management, environmental monitoring, and implementing responsible aquaculture practices that support the conservation and preservation of coastal and marine ecosystems.

In addition, Alelie has served as a Quality Control Team Leader, ensuring product quality, enforcing operational standards, supervising teams, and implementing quality assurance systems.
